Accu-Tilt is a Fork Tilt Level Indicator that is made for all makes and models of forklifts and lift trucks. The incorrect tilt angle of a lift trucks forks is the leading cause of both racking and product damage. Even the most experienced operator has difficulty judging the tilt of the forklifts forks when he is entering pallets high on the rack. The Accu-Tilt shows the operator the level of the forks at all times thereby reducing potential damage by piercing product or racking and increasing productivity by eliminating the guess work. Additionally, the Accu-Tilt’s Fork Tilt Level Indicator will also indicate to the operator the correct fork angle to travel with a load as well as parking the lift truck.

Accu–Height

Fork Height Indicator

Forklift operators will never have to guess how high to lift their forks every again with the Accu-Height Fork Height Indicator. Accu-Height tells the forklift operator the correct height to lift the forks to enter a pallet opening or rack position. The higher the lift, the harder it is to judge the correct height of the forks.

Accu-Height is a simple sticker set that allows the operator to quickly know the right height of the forks at various rack levels. By matching the indicator sticker with the color marker, the correct fork height is obtained to enter the pallet safety.

Safe Bump Forklift Protectors

Specifically designed for forklifts, these bumpers reduce damage in many applications. Safe-Bump attaches with two 100 lb magnets and (VHB) two way tape. The bumpers are made of soft PVC plastic that will absorb energy to prevent damage.

Safe-Bump can be attached to the forks so they will prevent product damage like metal, wood, drywall, furniture, bottles, cans, appliances and electronics.

Lift Truck Log

A complete daily forklift checklist system for forklift operators

OSHA requires that all forklifts be inspected before the beginning of each shift. The Lift Truck Log provides 624 daily forklift checklists (over 2-years) in one complete kit. If the truck requires maintenance there is a Forklift Repair Request Form that can be filled out to alerts management of the mechanical failure. All information in stored in the Log to keep a history of the mechanical condition of the truck. In the event that the forklift does not pass inspection the Lift Truck Log contains a lock-out tag to tag-out the equipment for safety.

The Lift Log comes in a highly durable and visible storage case that can be easy mounted anywhere on the forklift with double sided tape.
